Each year, the ATD Kansas City Chapter recognizes individual contributors, consultants, contractors, and organizations in the Kansas City area who have illustrated our industry’s competencies. That means it's time for project submissions and individual nominations. Submissions identify the challenge, the actions taken, and the results. To submit your project or nominate someone, visit our site to fill out the form in as little as 15 minutes. The categories for organizations include: #Coaching and #Mentoring #IntegratedTalentManagement #LearningandDevelopment #LearningTechnologies #PerformanceImprovement Small/Medium Organization (250 or fewer employees) The categories for individuals include: - Rising Star - Masterful Mentor - Visionary The top projects and individuals in each category will be announced live at our 2024 EIP Awards ceremony on April 30, 2024!
