In Japanese aesthetics, wabi-sabi is a worldview centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. We approach real estate with a similar mindset, choosing to accept and even accentuate the distinctive character of historic buildings, rather than creating simple, four-white-wall-buildouts. There are often challenges with working with historic or unconventional properties, but we find that tenants, residents, and visitors respond well to the imperfect elements that make a building distinctive. #commercialrealestate #CRE #adaptivereuse #development #design

Jamestown I love that mindset. When it comes to development, it’s hard to beat the character old buildings are able to project out to the surrounding area and the community as a whole.
