This past weekend we had an amazing opportunity to demo the Ninja Thirsti to our Costco members! The Ninja Thirsti at Costco came with 12 flavor drops ready to quench any thirst you had! Whether that included sparkling or still, you’re able to curate whatever your heart desired!! We selected a special Sales Advisor who we knew would create the BEST and most engaging experience for our Costco Members. Picture below we have Cecily showing a members daughter how to use the Ninja Thirsti and let her pick her desired flavor (Starwberry Kiwi!). They had a blast and that member left with a smile on their face. Thank you Cecily for creating this memorable experience! #powerofdemo #cds #advantagesolutions #ninjathirsti

This past Thursday was my last day after almost 7 years with Foot Locker Inc. Over the span of my Career I worked in 6 different cities, moving away from home to chase a dream. I had the pleasure of working alongside so many talented managers and mentors. I’ve learned so much about so many things, including things about myself. My staff in each store holds a special place in my heart as my passion for my people was inevitable. I wish them all the success no matter their journey. Thank you to those who helped develop me into the leader I am today. To those who lended a helping hand, those who supported me and those who gave me the feedback needed to be successful in my role. Although it was a tough decision to leave, it’s bittersweet and I’m ready for my next opportunity. I’d like to share some of my favorite memories over the last (almost) 7 years. Thank you Foot Locker 🖤🤍

Last week I had the pleasure of hosting our 3rd Annual Women’s Empowerment Brunch at our Quartermaster Community Store in South Philly. We had a lot of new comers this year and I only hope to keep growing year after year! Thank you Nicky Simpson-Roberts for the collaboration to make this event successful! I want to thank our Virtual Panel speakers Shannen Morris Nyasha Ho-young and Nikki Casellato-Alder for being vulnerable and ultimately Inspiring the group!! Your words made a huge impact on the women in that room. Showing strength, not putting ourselves in a box and knowing our worth! Thank you to our in person Panel speakers Stephanie Jennings and Stephanie Layne, empowering us to leverage our personal brand and being authentically ourselves! Thank you Andreas Derkits for helping me bring this event to life the last 2 years. One last thank you to the male leaders who showed up to support their female leaders, Domingos Feijo Steven Gonzales Adrian Gonzalez #inspireinclusion 💜

Most sales teams don't have a sales skill issue. They're very good at what they do (they hit targets at least 60% of the time). Here's the real issue they face.

Most important key to success is patience & consistency............... Observe, Think, plan & act. We can only create opportunities by giving time for learning from experiences. As per my observation mostly people are in hurry to achieve their goals, among goals number one priority is earn as much money as they can... Another approach to success is smooth sailing to achieve goals in the long run which in my opinion is the right approach. Lot of people find it old school approach but I observe it helps lot of people.

Why you should always choose discomfort: 1. Growth mindset: step into things you are uncomfortable doing and re-frame your mindset to see challenges as opportunities 2. Unlock potential: how can you rise to your greatest heights if you're afraid of taking the first steps? 3. Resilience: things will get hard but what matters is that you keep going, that's how you build strength 4. Empathy: trying new experiences will allow you to feel a sense of empathy and true compassion for others who are going through different life experiences #personaldevelopment #growth #people cc: Suneera Madhani

What an amazing finish to this past two week process of onboarding our new Stripers! This week we onboarded the last 7 Stripers recruited from our Hiring event hosted in June. As we move towards BTS it was crucial that we add to our roster those who embody the new Must-Haves! I’ve become a huge fan of group onboarding’s, it allows our new stripers to feel connected with someone before they step onto the sales floor. Can’t forget the personalized goodie bags! My passion for talent and Team member experience is real!!! Welcome to all our new stripers!!! #footlocker #tx #talent #engagement #onboarding
