We were so honored to welcome Gabby Giffords to our offices earlier this month. A former Congresswoman, gun violence survivor and the founder of GIFFORDS — Courage to End Gun Violence, Gabby shared her remarkable personal story and incredibly inspiring commitment to saving lives by reducing gun violence in the U.S. Levi Strauss & Co. and GIFFORDS have partnered on gun violence prevention advocacy for the past five years, and Gabby’s visit was a great chance for us to host representatives from other companies to talk about how the business community can marshal its voice on this issue. We salute you and your efforts, Gabby, and we are proud to be working alongside you on these vital efforts!
