Merging psychology and technology to identify human potential

TELL ME WHY? When conducting a structured interview, how rigid should it be? Is it ok to probe deeper with questions like "Tell me why?» or is it better to adhere strictly to the scripted manual? On Tuesday we’ll set the spotlight on the job interview at our Fairsight Future event. We‘ll cover: ✔️ Status quo in terms of research ✔️ The use of new technology ✔️ Appropriate and inappropriate questions ✔️ Practical challenges that remain unresolved 🌟 Additionally, we're excited to unveil our new interview module on our assessment platform. This tool is designed to make anyone a world-class interviewer. It's particularly beneficial for HR departments who aim to delegate the interviewing process to line managers, helping large organizations streamline their hiring process and empower their managers. 😱 Due to unexpectedly high interest, the event was triple-booked (!) in no-time. Fortunately, we’ve been able to reorganize the venue at Oslo Science Park, so that we’re able to fit everyone in. I would recommend you to show up early though, if you want a good seat. Thank you for your overwhelming interest and understanding for a crowded house on Tuesday 🙏

Veldig spennende tema! Alltid et dilemma det der med hvor strukturert skal de strukturerte intervjuene være, også sett opp mot kandidatopplevelsen; hvilket inntrykk sitter kandidaten igjen med etter et skjematisk og strukturert intervju vs. et mer dialogbasert og "løst" intervju? Og ikke minst - klarer vi være strukturerte samtidig som det oppleves som dialogbasert og naturlig? Skulle veldig gjerne deltatt - det er ikke aktuelt å kjøre stream av arrangementet?
