Informing, engaging and empowering children on the topic of e-waste across a variety of platforms! 🧑🏫♻️🔋 After the success of our Roblox game (over one million players and counting!), as a further strand to our partnership with Cartoon Network we are in the process of rolling out educational e-waste items across web, app and television channels. A research survey undertaken by CN discovered that 70% of children aged 6-11 across the EMEA region either had not heard of e-waste or were not really sure what it meant. 📈 OVER ONE 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 PLAYERS! 🎮 A month on from its release, our Climate E-Racers game on Roblox in partnership with Cartoon Network has already been an amazing success! 🧒 Unique Users: 1,188,845 🏟️ Total Visitors: 1,584,685 🔄 Car Customisations: 414,140 ♻️ Climate Challenges Completed: 512,084 ⏲️ Total Time Spent In-Game: 100,240 hours (4,176 days) Targeting a range of demographics (42% of players are under the age of 9, but almost 30% are 18 or over), the game introduces youngsters to concepts around e-waste in an encouraging and engaging way.   And, with plenty of additions to come, there's always a reason to come back! 🏁 What a week it was for us in Portland last week, with plenty of success both on and off the track! 🌟 Some of the highlights include: 🚗 On-Track Success: Robin Frijns returned to the podium not once but twice, delivering two stellar performances as Sebastien Buemi also brought home points. After some tough weekends, a 39-point haul was rich reward for the hard work everyone has put in to turn things around. Congratulations to Robin and the entire team! 🏆 🌍 Off-Track Events: We were delighted to support the British Consulate-General in San Francisco and the City of Portland as the latter signed the ZEV Declaration. This commitment towards adopting zero-emission vehicles was a proud moment, one reinforced by our 'Driving Change' summit event held at the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter the day before. Together, we're driving towards a more sustainable future. 🚗🌱 🤝 A Welcome Guest: It was our privilege and pleasure to host world-renowned climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann at the race. Experiencing Formula E for the first time in five years, it was an honour to welcome him back into the team and show him how the technology and sport has progressed in that period. Thank you, Michael, for joining us and for your ongoing commitment to the important work you are doing! 🌍 🔋 And Much More: With so much success to celebrate it was certainly the perfect week to mark our new partnership with Southwire Company! As reigning Formula E World Champions and an early signatory of the declaration, we have always promoted the future of electric vehicle technology and are pleased to continue playing a key role in raising awareness and driving further organisations to commit to phasing out the sale of fossil fuel vehicles by 2035.
