It's an industry dominated by women, yet there is still an imbalance of power when it comes to fashion's C-suite roles. During Virginie Viard's tenure at Chanel, Chanel's fashion business grew more than twofold. Dior sales have more than quadrupled since Grazia Chiuri took over in 2016. And three of the five designers in our latest womenswear size inclusivity report were women. So why aren't there more women at the top? I'm always so proud of what our team produces but this is next level (and all released on my fifth anniversary of starting at Vogue Business). Well done team!

In today's edition of 'wow, I've gotten old', the lovely Jane Haynes from the University of Limerick interviewed me for UL Links as it's 10 years since I graduated. Thanks, Jane and the UL team, for making me and my role sound a lot fancier than it feels on a day-to-day basis!
