On June 26, Women Working Together®, Day Pitney’s women’s initiative, hosted a reception for the summer associates and the firm’s Executive Committee at Café Patio of the firm’s Stamford office. The event had attorneys from several of its offices represented and it was a wonderful opportunity for all to engage and get to know the summer associates. With a recent ruling from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the future of the FTC's noncompete rule, which bans nearly all noncompete agreements, remains uncertain. On June 27, Francine Esposito presented "Labor and Employment Updates" to the NEW JERSEY BANKERS ASSOCIATION.
