After 22+ years with ZS, I am really excited to take on a new external opportunity. I will share more about what’s next when the time is right. I want to take this time to give thanks for what has been a fantastic journey. I am filled with gratitude for the experiences and relationships at ZS that have shaped me professionally and personally. I have been surrounded by truly exceptional colleagues; many have become dear friends. Together, we tackled exciting projects for our clients that helped bring medicines to the patients who needed them. It has been a deeply meaningful passion project. Thanks to the opportunities that ZS and our clients have afforded me, I have been able to grow in ways I would have never imagined. To my ZS family, thank you for your dedication, creativity, friendship, and for always cherishing our values. To my clients, thank you for your trust and partnership. To show the passage of time, the first photo was taken when I was an Associate in Evanston. The second photo was taken at our last partners meeting. The third photo was taken shortly after returning to ZS in Princeton. My oldest son, Caleb, was born shortly after. The last picture is our family at his high school graduation earlier this month. I am excited to be taking some time off this summer to travel with my family, reconnect with family and friends, and drop Caleb off at university (WashU in St Louis, go Bears!). Hopefully, I will have a chance to reconnect with many of you soon.
Daniel - The impact you have made at ZS ripples through the organization daily. Thank you for the trail blazing you have done to support the women of ZS and to keep moving us toward a human centered research. Not only were you the first (of many) man to join our Women@ZS Core Team, the research you led on how to "Design for Better Engagement" has created so many solutions that are still used today. Thank you for your innovative approach, your willingness to bring a human centered design methodology to the sticky problem of engagement, and the consistent way you inspire us all to reach for more. Personally, I have benefited from your coaching so much. You have helped me navigate my career here at ZS and reach for more!
An absolutely wonderful journey. Excited for what's next for you. I am grateful that we got to work together. All the very best. 👍🏽
All the best Daniel Brox Thanks for the support for all the ideas and innovations. Your support was very crucial and much appreciated by all the team members of our small team :)
Daniel, you have always been inspiring as a leader and as a human being. Thank you for all the guidance and mentorship over the years and specially when I needed it the most. You made me feel welcomed when I moved to US and at the time, it meant a lot. Also, when I was struggling with health issues, your selfless support made a huge difference to my well-being. You taught me what treating people right actually means. I can only wish the very best for you and hope you achieve all the success and happiness in life.
Hi Daniel, I cannot imagine a ZS without you :) I am honored to have been taken in to the fold and mentored by you, I continue follow advice from you and not a month goes by when I don’t remember you in some context. Our last ZS call video was the bestest ! Please continue to be in touch and I look forward to your continued success ( whatever that means for you! ) good luck !
