Here are some tips for sleeping better in the summer: • Establish a routine by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. • Limit light exposure by dimming your lights one to two hours before bed. • Keep your room cool by closing windows, blinds and curtains during the day to keep hot air out. • Take time to relax and avoid stress. • Be mindful of what you eat and drink by avoiding spicy foods, fried foods, and caffeine.
