With careful planning and preparation, you can still enjoy activities that are important to you, such as traveling. Make sure to check out our travel tips throughout the month of July. TIP: It is recommended to carry a card with important health information and your doctor's contact details, recent lab results, and medical records. It may also be helpful to wear a medical alert bracelet or other medical jewelry to aid healthcare providers in providing efficient treatment.

Here are some tips for sleeping better in the summer: • Establish a routine by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. • Limit light exposure by dimming your lights one to two hours before bed. • Keep your room cool by closing windows, blinds and curtains during the day to keep hot air out. • Take time to relax and avoid stress. • Be mindful of what you eat and drink by avoiding spicy foods, fried foods, and caffeine.
