Anyone can contribute to it, but Wikipedia reported that 85% of the writers are men. This creates certain preferences and bias in the documentation. Here's your chance, and you don't even need to leave your sofa for doing so! We'll be 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 on Thursday, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟔:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 PM. The best part? 🌸BLOOM: INSPIRING STORY OF A WOMAN IN TECH🌸 Het verhaal van Sylvia Maeckelberghe, Quality Assurance verantwoordelijke bij Telenet biedt een inspirerend inzicht in hoe passie, leergierigheid en flexibiliteit naar een bloeiende carrière hebben geleid. 🦺 🖥️ 💪🏽 ❤️🔥 “Ik wou iets met die passie doen, maar allesbehalve een “saaie” boekhoudjob.” Dus maakte Sylvia een misschien wat onverwachte switch naar het onderwijs. “Ik wilde in die vakken zoals informatica, boekhouden en economie lesgeven.” Maar haar stage leidde haar naar een ander pad… 🌍 Sylvia’s parcours bewijst dat ze van verandering houdt. Is dat dan ook de reden waarom ze bij Telenet is gebleven? “Ik heb me altijd geamuseerd en kreeg of nam de uitdagingen altijd aan om te groeien.“ 🌟 Of Sylvia trots is op bepaalde mijlpalen of successen? “Daar sta ik te weinig bij stil”, vertelt ze. “Soms draait je carrière helemaal anders uit dan je zelf voor ogen had.
