We have been busy... really busy at NARI. I have a massive backlog of work to share, and so many exciting things coming! The first piece of exciting news is our recent project for Living Things Soda, a fresh and vibrant soda brand designed for health-conscious Gen-Zers and millennials. Tasked with creating everything from the brand name to its identity, we focused on making "Living Things" stand out in both trendy cafes and supermarkets. As our first official F&B project in the studio, we were really excited to work on this one. It came with unique challenges, one of the most prominent being the need to create something that showcased the product and its benefits while maintaining an aesthetic standard we felt proud of as design partners. Particularly within the FMCG sector, there is a huge emphasis on packaging. The most important factor is promoting the product benefits as well as standing out in what can be overwhelmingly saturated environments. With that in mind, we approached this one through the NARI lens: how can we create something that people genuinely want to pick up, can relate to, and has a human essence at its aesthetic core? Firstly, we created the logotype—a super bold hand-drawn typographic expression that feels full of goodness and makes you want to reach out and grab it. We introduced curious stickers to enhance expressiveness and employed irreverent photography. Since its launch, Living Things has become a cult favorite, already distributed in major health shops across London and poised for nationwide supermarket expansion! Incredibly proud to be apart of Rimac Technology's next venture - Welcome Verne to the world. NARI have been working closely with some great minds to begin building a visual identity for a new future.

Vogue is the world's largest fashion and lifestyle magazine published by Condé Nast. With over 24.9 million monthly readers and 113.6 million monthly digital users, they have launched their latest monthly edition to join the publication's fast-growing global offering, Vogue Singapore. Vogue Singapore has a new vision for the magazine, focusing on a more artistic approach with each publication feeling like a coffee table art book. We collaborated with Vogue Singapore on a bespoke typeface inspired by the Vogue orchid and the ancient language of Sanskrit to be used across print and digital for the next 16 months. From inception, the font has been layered in concept with every graphic element added with a meaningful purpose to represent a piece of Singapore's past, present, and future. The project is ongoing with the font being re-imagined to align with Vogue Singapore's monthly theme.

We collaborated with Moodelier, a new San Fran based experiential design company helping brands elevate their visuals across both the physical and digital world. As a market first, Moodelier sell a range of immersive pieces as well as offer an accompanying set of courses, which guide their community to utilise their creative skills. As a full top-to-bottom branding project, our visual concept was derived from the Brand Strategy and Tone of Voice, which set the core pillars of the identity. These pillars helped form two visual focal points; the first identifying Moodelier as the guide for their customers, helping them unleash their inner creative flair. This was reflected in the Logotype and Marque, which embody a guiding gesture with the M’s reaching flourish. The brand language and Color Palette draw on the second focal point; which identifies Moodelier as a vibrant immersive world, one can explore and get lost within.
