Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Design Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creative vision, lead diverse design projects, and inspire our talented team to deliver outstanding work. Your leadership will be essential in shaping our design strategy and ensuring excellence in every project we undertake.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of designers alongside your Design Director fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into compelling design systems.
Provide guidance and feedback to the design team to help them grow professionally.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our design approach fresh and forward-thinking.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Expertise in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding design solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Knowledge of Motion & 3D, and the ability to feedback to specialists.
