The Biosite Systems Ltd team recently had a Sales and Implementation training day that was hosted by our colleagues at Traka.   During the day, the team got to tour Traka’s facilities and get a deeper understanding of their product range and offer to customers. It was a great opportunity to go "off-site" at Traka's impressive facilities. And excellent shared learning, with definite opportunity going forward to showcase new solutions to our customers at Biosite. Pleased that we were also able to host the Traka team at our offices a couple of weeks ago; I know they enjoyed a trip around our product demo area. Better together.

Initially, I had issues with a return call on an installation that my sliding door would open during a rainstorm. But in the last week, Assa Abloy has stepped up and corrected the problem.
