Anyone recognize this font? We had the pleasure of curating the artwork for the Department of Neurosurgery at Washington University in St. Louis. One of the goals was for us to find a way to highlight the department's mission statement in a way that would make people stop and really consider the importance of their work on a daily basis. Who better to create a dimensional piece with text than Matthew Hoffman?! We've always wanted to work with Matthew and bringing him on this was an absolute no-brainer. And of course, he nailed it. 30"h x 80w" - Make a Difference. More to come from this project...

Commissioning artwork is one of the best parts of the job. It's also the most suspenseful. Couldn't be happier with how this one turned out - shout outs to Sarah Doherty for her vision and advocating for this and Jeff Brunette for being so thoughtful and versatile and bringing this vision to LIFE. More to come next week when we install the rest of the artwork at The Ansel Residences in Vadnais Heights, MN (food recs in St. Paul are welcome!).

Big thanks to Olivia McQuirter for leading the charge on getting our mugs back out in the world :)
High time we put our faces on this feed...Field Trip has been around for 3 years now so perhaps this is a long overdue, but maybe...the time is just right. Danni Simon leads art curation and Andrew Brentan leads...everything else. Also, newsflash: we're married. 😎 #FieldTripArtAdvisory

When I worked in the solar industry, I was endlessly inspired by the brilliance and ingenuity of the engineers. And now, getting to work with artists it is the exact same feeling - the most creative minds coming up with brilliant ideas and solving problems. This is a mural in Lithuania by artist Ray Bartkus, and to be clear, Field Trip Art Advisory was not involved in its creation, but I thought I'd share it because it's brilliant...and awesome.
