Absolutely stunning project by Guy Hollaway featured in The Times.   A beautiful blend of the original Victorian farmhouse and the barn-style black extension with large glazing elements.   It’s so disappointing to see yet another project where the glazing company has had a negative impact on the clients and the build.   See below a snippet from the article:   “The biggest obstacle were the 30ft aluminium-frame windows.   There were only two companies that could do the bespoke windows they required. They weren’t prepared to pay £250,000 to a German company, so they opted for an English one that quoted them £120,000, but proved disastrous: the delays were endless and held up the project.
