We’re honored to highlight many of our talented Delta Team USA ambassadors, including Gabby Thomas, Mallory Weggemann, Jagger Eaton, Victor Montavlo and Brooke Raboutou. Last week, we brought leaders in Marketing and Media away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes to share an amazing culinary experience brought to us by world-famous chef, Bruno Oger.    Much of our work at Delta Air Lines focuses on ways to transcend beyond our category; being seen as not only helping our customers get from point A to point B, but truly connecting them to their passions through travel. When we began planning this experience, I thought who better to join me than my friend, Karlie Kloss, who has transformed her career and grown her passions through entrepreneurship. We can draw so many parallels between her growth and our transformation at Delta.    It was wonderful to connect with so many leaders in the industry and discuss how we can continue to elevate, excite, and inspire. This week, Delta Air Lines took dining to new heights with an exclusive two-night event at the Bon Appetit Test Kitchen, perched on the 35th floor of the One World Trade Building. Hosted by incredible chef and Delta Culinary Council member Mashama Bailey, alongside Bon Appétit editors Hana A. and Shilpa Uskokovic, and Delta’s own Michael Henny and Ranjan Goswami, the event was truly a culinary delight. Hana Asbrink and Shilpa Uskokovic transformed Delta’s beloved premium snacks into gourmet hors d’oeuvres, crafting Puff Pastry Straws with our Wonderful Pistachios and delightful Biscoff Potato Chip Cookies with our iconic Biscoff cookies. The fabulous Mashama Bailey then curated a stunning three-course meal, drawing inspiration from her Southern heritage and our premium cabin menus. Her culinary magic elevates Delta’s in-flight dining, and we are so honored to have her as a partner. My husband, Bill Tillman, and I were honored to be a part of the 80th D-Day Commemoration with Delta Air Lines and the Best Defense Foundation   Visiting Normandy was especially impactful for our family as Bill’s grandfather, Earl Wilkerson, was a WWII veteran who landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day. It is because of Earl and so many soldiers who bravely fought to protect our world. We will never forget their sacrifice. #DDay80 #DeltaProud

Yesterday, I had the privilege of being in Normandy to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion. Together with the Best Defense Foundation and led by our CEO Ed Bastian, Delta Air Lines brought 53 WWII Veterans to Normandy on a special charter to honor their courage that forever changed our world. World leaders stood side by side to honor these veterans with a hope for all that their legacy will forever be understood and honored for generations that follow. At the start of yesterday's ceremony, the words of President Franklin Roosevelt's prayer delivered on D-Day was played, "...Almighty God, our sons, pride of our nation, this day have set upon a mighty endeavor, a struggle to preserve our Republic, our religion, and our civilization, and set free a suffering humanity." These courageous soldiers did just that. They set free the suffering, changed the path of World War II, and taught us what bravery looks like. Every veteran I spoke with, recognized their fellow soldiers, those who lost their lives, and shared their hope that their mission will forever shape and protect our world. And we at Delta, will stand in support of them, today and always. I am so very #DeltaProud.   #DDay80
