VP of Service

Worthing Air is a leading commercial HVAC company based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. With a history dating back to 1982, we specialize in providing quality and cost-effective HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services. Founded by Michael Worthing, we have grown from a small sheet metal fabrication shop to a full-service HVAC company serving Northern NJ. This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Service at Worthing Air. As the VP of Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department. This includes managing a team, developing and implementing service strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the executive leadership to achieve company goals and maintain high service standards.

• Analytical Skills and Finance experience
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
