Sales Compensation Analyst
Optomi, in partnership with a reputable company that is the leading global provider of automated test and assurance solutions for networks, cybersecurity, and positioning, is looking for a Sales Commission Analyst. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for aiding with all functions of sales compensation. In this role, you will behave as a liaison between the financial and sales team implementing, educating and supporting on all aspects of sales commissions.

Experience of the right candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years or work related experience; at least 2 years with sales compensation.
- Understanding of Xactly Incent Commission Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient knowledge of data entry processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Ability to work cross functional and collaborate with management regarding compensation, support, and administration.
- Comprehends commissions schedules and loads appropriate Sales Compensation plans into the Xactly Incent Commission Software.
- Responsible for overseeing the Sales Compensation Plan for APAC through Xactly eDOCS.
- Understands the Xactly Incent Commission software and utilizes it to provide Commissions and Analytics to management.
- Responsible for APAC Sales New Hires, Termination and Transfers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
