About The Role
As a Retirement Plan Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding individuals through their employer-sponsored retirement plans. You'll use your strategic thinking and financial expertise to help plan participants build a healthy retirement and plan for their financial future. This position offers a blend of virtual and in-person interactions, primarily serving the greater Green Bay area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic partnerships with key contacts in assigned locations and agencies
Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, individual meetings, and group presentations
Create and implement dynamic business strategies to maximize positive impact on participants
Analyze participant needs and challenges using thoughtful analytics
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with industry regulations
Meet service level agreements and achieve business results
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall effectiveness
Qualifications
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required (Series 65 preferred)
Reliable personal transportation for territory coverage (mileage reimbursement provided)
Strong relationship-building and territory management skills

Current FINRA registrations
Experience with retirement/financial planning software
Strategic thinker who can work independently
Experienced and effective public speaker
Good working knowledge of defined contribution business and ERISA

Salary Range: $69,400 - $98,050 (may vary based on experience and qualifications)
Location: This is not a fully remote position. The advisor must be based in the Green Bay area and be willing to travel within the assigned territory as required.
