West Virginia Allstate agent Jeremy D. Radabaugh couldn’t find a local Angel Tree holiday giving program, so he started his own. His staff have truly made it a team effort, covering shopping, logistics and delivery. Jeremy’s kids, ages 5 and 9, have also lent a hand in delivering gifts. “Think about what you’re passionate about and go find a way to help,” Jeremy shares. “When I became committed, it all happened with ease.” We’re honored to grant Jeremy this year’s Ray Lynch Community Service Award, given annually to one of Allstate’s top agents who embody the spirit of volunteerism. As the recipient of this award, The Allstate Foundation will make a $10,000 donation to support Jeremy’s future volunteer pursuits.
