Happy Father's Day! 🌟 Today, we celebrate the special father figures who have shaped our lives in profound ways. This week a few of our advisors and staff shared their stories on Stone Press Financial Group's page, of what Father's Day means to them. It's special to learn about the father figures that have shaped our lives into the men and women we are today, by keeping these stories alive. As a parent myself, I can confidently say that becoming a dad to my incredible son and daughter is my most significant achievement. The privilege of guiding and learning from them every day is unparalleled. They have taught me a lot about the man I am today and continue to inspire me to do my best for them and my family. On this occasion, let's honor all the dads, grandfathers, and father-figures whose love and guidance have left an indelible mark on our lives. Happy Father's Day to all! 🎉 #FathersDay

Leslie Royston, our Director of Talent Acquisition, shares her Father's Day story, reminiscing about her childhood days of spending time with grandad Pamie and the impact he has left on her life. "Father's Day often reminds me of one of my fondest memories from my childhood - visiting my Grandparents in Virginia during the summer. There was always something fun to do, from helping in the garden, picking walnuts, going to the County Fair 🎡, walking around the small town, heading to the corner store to get ice cream, and as I got older, learning how to drive a stick shift at the fairgrounds. But my all-time favorite memory was going with my Grandfather to a local coffee shop to meet up with his friends early in the morning while my older sister slept in. My Grandfather would wake me up and have my clothes laid out so we didn't wake anyone else in the house. Hand in hand we would head out the door, just as the sun would start to come out and off we'd go. My Grandfather and I would walk in the door of the coffee shop, he was always greeted with "HELLO PAMIE" from his group of friends. They would all be waiting and sitting around a table, drinking coffee ☕, and sharing stories that I am sure a young child was not meant to hear. They would pull up a seat for me and I would plop down, barely seeing over the table. I would get my typical hot chocolate and a pink strawberry iced donut.  I sat, soaking in the stories that were shared, feeling that I was getting to hear all the secrets of the group. There were serious conversations, some about politics, but more often ones that got a ton of belly laughs from the group. I felt so special being included in this group of WWII veterans as every summer they got to see me grow from elementary to middle, to high school, and to college. As Father's Day approaches, I reflect on those amazing walks to the coffee shop and I cherish sitting there and hearing all of the stories. I am honored to have this amazing memory to hold on to as we celebrate all those that are our father figures in our lives - those here and those gone.  Love you Grandad Pamie ✨- I will have a hot chocolate and a pink strawberry iced donut this weekend for you." #FathersDay2024 #Legacy

Hawaii 2024 is in the books! 🏝🐠🌺 We had the best time in Maui at the The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua celebrating our advisors for their achievements. Over the course of my career I've had the privilege to visit a lot of beautiful places but this trip was something extraordinary. Everything from the people, the venue, food, and presenters was world class. It also made me reflect on what an honor it is to be in alignment with an institution that values and upholds every sense of the word- Partnership. None of this happens without hard work, dedication, and a bit of gumption. And I'm grateful that I get to do this career by serving others with the advisors we support and the clients we serve. I already can't wait for the next destination! *Not pictured* is the massive wave I caught, surfing, with my turtle buddy nearby 🤙🏄♂️ 🐬
