Portfolio must be submitted that reflects prior campaigns.
Create and execute annual and/or project-based marketing strategy and plans, including marketing on internal channels, such as email, internal social media channels, and digital signage, live events, as well as the through the company learning management system (Ownerversity) in support of activities across the organization.
Support partners with the creation or sourcing of digital assets (e.g., images, logos, illustrations, photos, video, audio) for inclusion in programs, events, presentations, or other special projects/initiatives.
Provide video/audio production and editing consultation and services as needed for both Global L&D marketing campaigns as well as in support of specific programs, events, or projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (marketing, communications, or digital media/graphic design)
3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns to drive and increase employee engagement/retention
Familiarity with email marketing applications (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, PoliteMail, FirstUp) and engagement metrics
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
