Program Director

If so, you may be a great fit for the Program Director role! The Program Director is the leader of the Nashville facility. The Program Director also serves as a liaison to the corporate team and ensures ongoing communication among program and corporate staff as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred

In the Program Director position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Oversee flow and functionality of a 40-bed home in relation to overall functioning of the program.
• Oversee crisis management of home and monitor overall safety.
• Liaise with departments at corporate office to facilitate ongoing ministry-wide communication.
• Ensure/oversee compliance with Licensure Regulations for Residential Childcare Agencies and Maternity Homes set by Tennessee Department of Human Services in conjunction with the Director of Home Operations.
• Facilitate progress meetings with residents (30-day evaluation, 90-day evaluation, and other meetings as necessary).
• Coordinate resident interventions and completion timelines as applicable with Counseling team.
• Review and approve aftercare plans.
• Effectively train and assess staff members to ensure adherence to organizational standards and performance excellence.
• Manage policies and procedures within the home.
  
  

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week) May require weekend and night shifts as needed.

Compensation: $65,000 - $71,000/year

Mercy’s Residential counseling Program is voluntary, biblically-based, and helps young women ages 13–32 break free from life-controlling issues and situations, including anxiety, depression, abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, unplanned pregnancy, and sex trafficking. These residential services are offered free-of-charge. The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercy’s free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men and women aged 13 and older. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.
