An award-winning healthcare facility located in Nashville, TN is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Director Women’s Services to lead their women’s health programs.

As the Nurse Director Women’s Services, you will assume a pivotal role, providing leadership and oversight for all women’s health operations. You will serve as a valuable resource for clinical excellence, educating and guiding the team. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and standards, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and dedicated staff.
Requirements For This Position Include
RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
Proven experience in hospital management
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
