An increasing number of people are recognizing the value of home care. That includes our nation’s leaders. House and Senate lawmakers recently announced a series of bipartisan veterans bills that would significantly expand in-home care for vets and provide greater assistance for homeless veterans; among other initiatives. Per House Veterans’ Affairs Committee Chairman Mike Bost, R-Ill., “This bill would expand economic opportunities for veterans, give veterans more choice in where they choose to live out their sunset years or receive health care, improve mental health support for veteran caregivers, hold VA accountable to the taxpayers and veterans they serve, and so much more.” Read more about the package of veterans bills here: https://lnkd.in/eVW9zCpP #homecare #homecareservices #veterans #VA #homecareact
