As a Manufacturing Plant Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Production Supervisor), you'll oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, develop and implement strategic improvements, and provide leadership for effective utilization of personnel and equipment. You'll also ensure compliance with company standards, review production records, and drive high morale and teamwork.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in operations management, business, engineering, or related field.
Two years of ISO 9000 experience and shop floor/hands on experience.
Ten or more years of experience in plant operations or engineering.
Proven skills in leadership and supervision.
Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Strong troubleshooting skills, conflict resolution, supervisory and interpersonal communication skills.
