Manager, Property Accounting
RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a PREMIER commercial real estate owner/operator who has a NATIONAL presence. We are current recruiting for a Property Accounting Manager to sit out of their Corporate Office in Dallas!!
This person will be responsible for managing and overseeing a dedicated team of Property Accountants, and will be responsible for producing financials and other owner's reports for multiple PREMIER retail & office properties. This individual will produce annual budgets, reconcile annual CAM and tax payments, review the GL for proper coding of income/expenses, and maintain and reconcile fixed assets for assigned properties, along with other duties.
This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary ($110,000 - $120,000, DOE) +10% target bonus, and the opportunity to report into a VP of Property Accounting while working in a close-knit and team-oriented environment with a fantastic company.

REQUIRES
- 5-8+ years' property accounting experience in commercial real estate or within a retail company
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED (Accounting degree, preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, effective communication, and strong analytical thinking skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills are a MUST HAVE ( Must be able to create and manage complex spreadsheets, perform advanced functions, utilize formulas, etc.)
- MRI, Yardi, or similar software experience
- $110,000 - $120,000 base salary (DOE)
- 10% annual target bonus
