This position is responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the goals and objectives of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines
Installing and testing industrial controls, including computerized systems that monitor and regulate operations or machinery such as robots or automated production lines.
Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment when necessary
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Maintain clean and orderly work areas
Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies

Firm understanding and compliance with company’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices

Either currently have or the ability to attain forklift certification required
Either currently have or the ability to attain OSHA certification preferred
A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a relatable field preferred
Experience with CMMS software (Mapcon) preferred
Controls and utilities – PLC-Allen Bradley experience preferred
Knowledge of and experience with preventative maintenance programs required
Knowledge of 208 and 480vac 3-phase electrical systems and mechanical processes required
Knowledge of GMP’s, OSHA rules and regulations preferred
