This summer is full of 10s! 10 year anniversaries that is 😏 We have another technician that we want to celebrate for reaching a decade with the company! Jeff has been a huge asset for us in the northeast, and we are so thankful for him representing DOC! DOC is always excited to take on new projects with our customers, and we are able to do that because of our wonderful technicians who can tackle anything! Today, we have 4 technicians in particular who have been a big asset for our Project Team that we want to recognize. It’s a fantastic Friday here at DOC because we have a load of employees to brag about! Some of our Field Service Technicians have really been stepping up to help out their teammates, and we have District Service Managers who are able to gain and share their knowledge with technicians in the field to help them troubleshoot equipment. We love seeing everyone work together to create better experiences for our customers. Thank you to these employees for representing DOC in such a positive way!

One of the initiatives we have been discussing this month is explaining our core values. D in DOC stands for Diversity as we do choose to hire and celebrate employees from all different backgrounds. Today, we were able to come together in our office locations to have lunch and engage with one another further developing our relationships as coworkers in celebration of Juneteenth. Additionally, with the help of donations from our employees, we are able to provide a donation to the Harvey B. Gantt African-American Arts & Culture Center located close by in Charlotte, NC. Our employees continue to amaze us which makes it easy to continue to celebrate them!

Our donation drive for the month of May was a success! We were able to collect stuffed animals, activity books, colored pencils, books, and more for a local hospital and Hospice care unit. These donations will hopefully bring joy and comfort to those during difficult times whether they are patients themselves or visiting a loved one. DOC continues to be devoted to our local community, and we are so impressed with how our employees go above and beyond with all of our Give Back opportunities!

Today officially marks a decade with DOC for our very own Ginger on the Accounting team! She has been a devoted employee to DOC over the years even with a move across the country. With technicians all over the country, it’s nice to know we have the ones we can trust to take care of our customers.
