The American Society of Professional Estimators hosted a great event last week! Chris Kurtz II, the Director of Sales and Estimating for Sunstate Mechanical Services, LLC, a Marsden company, was one of the panelists discussing construction conditions. Chris was able to share his knowledge from over a decade of experience in the mechanical industry and did an incredible job of providing observations on current trends and key data points. Well done to all the panelists for the insightful dialogue and making this an informative event!

Kirsten joined Marsden in 2023 and is an amazing team player and people-first leader. Congratulations to our South division for receiving the Dow Seadrift and Dow Freeport safety performance awards! Marsden is incredibly proud of our Pro-Serv team for participating in this year’s 60th annual Rock the Block at the Phoenix Zoo!   This year’s event supported a Walk to End Homelessness founded by the Women’s Auxiliary and their partnership with UMOM New Day Centers. Through collective efforts, $145,000 was raised, providing resources and support for those affected by homelessness.   Thank you to all who supported this extraordinary event!
