Lead Installer

Pyramid Heating & Cooling is a small HVAC operation with a primary focus on residential new construction. The company expanded into the existing residential homes and small commercial markets. We withstood the largest downturn in the economy with no layoffs and increased employee benefits.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Installer for our Portland location to install residential heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, some overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay Range: $29.00 - $44.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to carry 75 pounds overhead without assistance
• Able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing
