InfraHire is looking for an HVAC Technician in Sioux Falls, SD.
Job Description
Conduct regular maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to guarantee optimal performance.
Identify and troubleshoot HVAC problems, offering timely and efficient resolutions.
Carry out repairs on HVAC systems, which may involve replacing faulty components and parts.
Install new HVAC units or upgrade existing systems while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
Promptly respond to emergency HVAC service calls, addressing urgent issues and minimizing downtime.
Offer after-hours support for HVAC emergencies as required.
Keep precise records of HVAC service activities, covering repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Produce comprehensive reports on system performance, highlighting trends and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC technical training or apprenticeship program.
Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in property management or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment and systems.
Knowledgeable about Safety Standards.
Possession of relevant HVAC certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
Desirable to have an HVAC Contractor’s License.
Possession of a valid Driver’s License is necessary to fulfill essential job functions (such as completing off-hours emergency maintenance requests, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.).
