You can self-manage your job search and reporting requirements in Workforce Australia Online. Or you can get personalised support from a provider.   • At 59 years of age, Rashaad was looking for a new job and career change. With the help of his Workforce Australia Employment Services provider at Workskil Australia, Rashaad improved his job search and computer skills, and received help to write a resume and apply for jobs. “My employment coach made me believe that he would find the right opportunity to turn things around,” Rashaad said. Today, Rashaad loves his job as a traffic controller. He finds the work both challenging and enjoyable, has made new friends, and gained lots of experience in a different industry. The program assists participants to prepare themselves for a career in the manufacturing industry, more specifically, entry level roles in assembly, dispatch and welding. The project is available to all Workforce Australia, Workforce Australia Online and Transition to Work participants, including all ages and cohorts.
