Job Description

  • Spearhead the development of new products including research and development, as well as bringing new products to full scale production
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, serving as a technical point of contact
  • Keep aware of trends and emerging practices/technologies in the industry
  • Oversee activities pertaining to meeting quality standards & regulations
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal && external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets
  • Promote overall company growth & profitability through successful leadership of Engineering & Quality functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
  • 10+ years in a leadership capacity, with technical background in chemical engineering/manufacturing operations
  • Strong ability to evaluate and develop employee performance & overall technical skills
  • Background leading projects centered around development of new products - R&D, NPI
  • Experience managing departmental budgets
  • Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal skills
