About the Rol
e:As Director of BD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business. You will be responsible increasing revenues through national business development and driving sales activities for targeted Payer Market prospects including Health Plans,Health Systems, Accountable Care Organisations, Academic Medical Centres and related channel partners across the healthcare marketplace
.

- ls.Identify and qualify new business opportunities through relationship building with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, and research laboratori
- es.Deliver impactful presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our pharmacogenomics solutio
- ns.Develop strong relationships with key partners and industry stakeholde
- rs.Oversee the sales budget and forecast, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targe
- ts.Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop strategic respons
- es.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pharmacogenomics and effectively translate complex scientific concepts for a sales audien
ce.Qualificatio
- ns:Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, within precision medicine or diagnostics indust
- ry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targe

- s. Experience of selling and detailed understanding of US Health System
- s. Strong network and rolodex within US health sytems and hospital
- s. In-depth understanding of the pharmacogenomics market and its applications in personalised medici
