Job Description
The Construction Estimator - Remote (VT) is responsible for:
Analyzing construction blueprints and other documents to prepare time frames, costs, material, and labor estimates
Preparing bid packages, development budgets, and analyze subcontractor bids for use in conceptual and bid proposal estimates
Establishing pricing and conduct comparison activities
Working closely with construction project management team to maintain estimate throughout project
Consulting with vendors and internal project teams to resolve issues
Establishing and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships

The Successful Applicant
The Construction Estimator - Remote (VT) should have:
5+ years of estimating experience (commercial projects)
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent preferred
Must have strong computer skills and be well versed in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additional preference given if experienced in Microsoft Project, P6 Primavera, On-Screen Takeoff
Experience bidding valued at $3 million or more
