Starting in one corner, we move outward, eliminating the need to retrace steps and saving valuable time. This is a critical advantage on a tight site. As you can see from the aerial shots, we are hemmed in on three sides by existing structures. ConXtech Steel Rising at Scripps Encinitas Acute Care! 🏗 🏥 We're thrilled to celebrate a major milestone in the expansion of Scripps Health Memorial Hospital Encinitas – the ConXtech steel is rising! Construction is well underway on Phase 2 of the three-story acute care facility that will provide new and enhanced patient care services to the community. The expansion will add 64 private inpatient rooms, an intensive care unit, and a pulmonary institute. This project is a major accomplishment for the entire construction team, and a big thank you to our valued partners Rudolph and Sletten, Taylor Design, IMEG, and Paragon for their expertise and collaboration in bringing this vision to life. A huge shout out as well to philanthropists Warner and Debbie Lusardi for their generous $25 million donation that helped to fund this important initiative!
