We manufacture and distribute decorative laminates and finish materials for the architectural and interior design community, the furniture and hospitality industries, as well as the store fixture, display, and DIY markets. The idea Human Resource Manager candidate will have experience with:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: others may be assigned.
• Provides overall strategic Talent Management/Human Resource (HR) leadership within ATI. Oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensures the company’s compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing the company’s exposure to adverse outcomes of complaints, litigation, audits, and inspections.
• Directs employment processes to ensure recruitment and retention of competent, engaged Associates at all levels of the organization, minimizing turnover and absenteeism.
• Expands/refines new Associates assimilation/on-boarding.
• Is responsible for planning company events with the assistance of the Employee Engagement team.
• Is responsible for the administration of compensation and benefit plans.
• Promotes an internal customer service orientation in the talent management/HR function. Serves as an internal consultant to ATI’s management team on personnel issues.
• Conducts and coordinates training and management development. Oversees talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
• Fosters a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership of the company.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Complies with all ATI employment policies, procedures/processes, and programs. Performs duties in compliance with quality, ISO 9001, and ISO 140001, as well as safety policies, procedures/processes, and programs.
• Contributes to the company’s goals of total quality and cost improvement.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude towards the company, Management, other Associates, and clients/customers. Participates in assigned activities, assignments, and projects to further elevate the company’s vision, values, and team spirit.
• Assists and supports others in the achievement of ATI’s and department’s goals.
CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university; seven-to-ten (7-to-10) years of Human Resource experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, and PHR/SPHR or SHRM, certification.
