Job Description

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of Freeport Park District (FPO) buildings and public spaces. This professional is the systems specialist for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The Building Maintenance Technician is the primary person for managing the swimming pool systems and building security systems. This professional maintains park buildings by making repairs and performing safety checks. A Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping their repair tools and supplies organized and in good condition.
