Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop detailed, multi-platform creator marketing campaign strategies for multiple client verticals
- Distill client briefs, conduct research, and analysis to develop strategic concepts and plans that address client needs
- Contribute insights that provide strategic context and elevate the Creative Team's work
- Create impactful presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the strategic plan
- Help oversee the creative direction of all campaigns, ensuring that all creative work is of the highest quality and aligns with the clients' brand guidelines while meeting deadlines
- Help manage the team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship as needed
- Show understanding of client needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives on client-facing pitches and conversations
- Ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creator marketing, social media, and content creation
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine work
- Work closely with the Senior Creative Director to continuously expand and enhance the team's capabilities to keep up with client needs and the industry's ever-evolving landscape
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, and 10+ years overall experience, preferably in a creator marketing or advertising agency
- Experience in experiential marketing and production
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing successful campaigns
- Understand the RFP process, analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of creative strategists, designers, and other creatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Dynamic and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and be held accountable for multiple projects with fast turnarounds
- Strong knowledge of creator marketing, social media, and content creation landscape, best practices, and trends
- Comfortable navigating the nuances of working with a diverse portfolio of clients including but not limited to Automotive, TV/Film, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, CPG, and Gaming
- Google Slides, Powerpoint, and/or Keynote literacy
