Assistant Farm Manager

Gpac is assisting an established Agriculture operation that is looking to hire an Assistant Farm Manager to join their team.

Assistant Farm Manager Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
• Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions
• Support innovation of farm practices including precision agriculture
• Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are being followed at all times
• Be ready and willing to operate any and all equipment necessary for farming operations
  
  

Assistant Farm Manager Qualifications

• Experience in the agriculture industry - knowledge of crop production
• Valid driver's license
• Good leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
• Bilingual capabilities required!!!
