Located in mid-coast Maine, Muscongus Bay Aquaculture comprises a shellfish hatchery and two farms. At our hatchery, on the Medomak River, we have been producing high-quality, fast-growing, and disease-resistant shellfish seed for growers up and down the east coast for over 20 years. And it is on our two farms on the Damariscotta River where we raise our renowned and beloved Wawenauk and Dodge Cove Pemaquid oysters to market size.
