Our team at Rad Science is growing, help us in shaping immersive experiences at the intersection of digital and physical realms. As an Interactive Art Director, you'll be a visionary helping to lead the team on experiential interactions across various platforms, from web and mobile to touchscreens and large-scale immersive installations. Experience, interaction, and innovation are at the heart of what we do.

This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions, aligning project goals and objectives with creative vision.
  • Ideate and conceptualize alongside Creative (ACD/CD) and Account Leads.
  • Present deliverables to clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee production team tasks and quality check deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor production teams to execute projects that meet client objectives.
  • Maintain the production team’s project organization and adherence to timelines in partnership with project management.
  • Recognize potential project challenges (i.e. timing, scope changes, technical issues, etc) and collaborate with team leads on creative solutions
  • Perform production tasks to support the team, as needed (i.e. concept ideation, wireframe development, experience design) in combination with Art Direction responsibilities
  • May collaborate on new business pitches, leveraging your expertise in interactive experiences.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering growth and skill development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career progression.
  • Contribute to process refinement and team integration efforts.
  • Reports to Associate Creative Director or Creative Director

What You Should Have

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative execution in portfolio that includes digital, interaction, experiential projects (experience with live events, such as, medical convention booths is highly desirable).
  • Degree in Digital Design, Graphic/UX Design, Communication Arts, Biomedical Visualization, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Good organization and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account, Strategy, and Project Management
  • Minimum of 6 years of industry experience.

Pay Range: $120,000-$140,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
