TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month position; evening hours as scheduled; available July 2024.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and technical skills required with at least 3 years of experience working with adults in a community/educational environment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, counseling and/or teaching experience, and knowledge of the Workforce Investment Act and other federal programs.

Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and support of adult students in all programs developed and offered by Continuing Education.
- Attend career fairs and community outreach events.
- Facilitate soft skills training workshops for students.
- Provide instructor support as needed.
- Proctor industry-based credentials and/or certification exams.
- Develop programs relative to employment/enrichment demands.
- Act as liaison to agencies and businesses to support enrollment.
- Facilitate successful program completion and placement of students.
- Manage the high school equivalency test center as Test Center Administrator.
