Extending the Transmission Disequilibrium Test to Quantify Burden of Functional Variants in Biological Pathways: A Pilot Study on Congenital Heart Defects
- Developed a novel statistical test that examines allele transmission from healthy parents to children with birth defects and identifies biological pathways associated with the birth defect
