Positive workplace culture begins at the top. Oklahoma based chef, Mark G. Henry, shares with us how he leads his kitchen. From morning check ins, and encouragement throughout the day, to supporting them in their hour of need. He's passionate about his work, his team, and this industry. The hospitality industry is still experiencing a significant challenge, even though employment levels are growing. More than two-thirds of hotels are understaffed. Housekeeping and banquet/event services are the areas where staffing is most challenging.
