Athletic Chatter-Check Card (field tool) - knowledge transfer takes place in the classroom portion of the program; once we identify and benchmark the emotional intelligence (E.I.) skills within an athlete, these three strategies become daily routines on and off the field; a) the T.E.A. method, b) the M.E.F. exercise, and c) breathing techniques (proper breathing is critical to sustain optimal states). If you are not intentionally developing these skills - they will not be available in the clutch.
