Complete seismic, mechanical and electrical systems upgrades were installed, and a complete re-programming of the facility was required to support the incoming F-18 electronic warfare squadrons. This renovation also raised the existing building to current federal Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Standards and boasted an environmentally responsible design, including building reuse, construction waste management, and low emitting materials.
